ITW Formex业务将全部并入ITW集团全资子公司－依工材料科技（上海）有限公司

根据全球业务发展需求，自2022年1月1日，我司现有的ITW Formex业务将全部并入ITW集团全资子公司－依工材料科技（上海）有限公司（以下简称“依工材料”)。

因此，ITW Formex新的订单将以“依工材料”名义签署，且，发货日期自2022年1月1日起的销售订单、卖方亦请变更为“依工材料＂，相关货款请按照以下“依工材料"的银行账户信息安排支付。

贵公司与本公司确认的相关报价单、贸易条款以及其它法律文件内容保持不变，但其签署主体也将变更为“依工材料”。

According to the new needs of our global business development, since January 1^st ，2022, our existing ITW Formex business will fully incorporated into "ITW Materials Technology (Shanghai) Co., LTD", a wholly owned subsidiary of ITW group (Hereafter referred as "ITW materials").

By this arrangement, any new PO with ITW Formex will be signed in the name of "ITW materials". Current PO with a backlog to be shipped from January 1, 2022 will be changed to the seller title of "ITW Materials".

And the related payment will be arranged based on the following new bank account information of "ITW Materials".

The contents of current quotation, trade terms and other legal documents confirmed by our company remain unchanged, but the PO signer will be changed from current company to "ITW Materials".
